DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression

Hagupit was located near Latitude 10.4 degrees North and

Longitude 130.7 degrees East. Hagupit is moving west-northwest at

10 mph. Tropical Depression Hagupit has dissipated west of Yap Proper

and west-northwest of Kayangel. The remnants of Hagupit will be

monitored closely for regeneration. 



The remnants of Hagupit continue to produce sustained winds of

30 mph, with a decrease in winds expected later today.
