Lowest possible RH both Tuesday and Wednesday will be similar due to the persistent weather pattern. Minimum RH should be around 55% between 11 AM and 1 PM. RH will rise slightly during the early afternoon and remain steady (in the lower 60s) behind the sea breeze. Winds will be light and out of the SW during the morning. The sea breeze will turn winds southeasterly with gusts up to 20 mph at times. Transport winds will be SE during the afternoon behind the sea breeze, gradually turning S during the evening and overnight and SSW by early morning. A weak nocturnal jet may produce surface gusts up to 15 mph at the surface if the fire remains active overnight (jet around 15 mph between sunset and 3 AM each night). Rain chances appear to be diurnally-driven, rather than an organized storm system or front through this weekend. Onshore flow continues on Thursday which would favor the development of any showers or thunderstorms well inland. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible during the day on Friday, but onshore flow will again limit rainfall potential as storms are pushed inland. Fog potential for tonight is High. .TUESDAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent). Chance of thunder...0 percent. Max temperature.....Around 83. Min humidity........61 percent. Cumulus buildups will continue around the fire through 1600 hrs with a small threat for light rain. Rain amounts will vary from a trace to 0.01". Trends in radar and satellite between 1200-1245 pdt have been for a decreasing rain trend over the fire. Cells have been building east of the fire. These cells are drifting to the east away from operations. This leads to moderate confidence that any additional rainfall will be very light. No lightning is expected with activity over the fire.
