  - At 12:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 19.0 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river will rise to 19.4 feet early this

    morning. It will then fall to 10.0 feet this afternoon. It

    will rise to 10.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will

    then fall again and remain below flood stage.
