...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...



* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive 

  rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...A portion of northern Maryland, including the following 

  county, Baltimore and Baltimore City.



* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many 

  areas of slow moving or standing water.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 654 PM EDT, broadcast media reported several roads in

    downtown Baltimore have standing water on them due to earlier

    heavy rain. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is

    expected.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    North Point Boulevard near Kane Street, Pulaski Highway at

    Herring Run, Patapsco Avenue near The Baltimore City Limits,

    Sollers Road and Chestnut Street, Golden Ring Road between

    Race Road and Orems Road and Kelso Road at Stemmers Run near

    Golden Ring Road.
