* Until 1130 PM EDT.



* At 1034 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from near Tibbets Point to 12 nm west of Sandy Island

  Beach, moving east at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
