Storms will initially fire over the mountains, pushing east-southeast through the remainder of the afternoon and into the evening. Initial impacts will be over the higher terrain, where flash flooding will be possible over any burn scar areas due to brief moderate to heavy rainfall. As storms move east, outflow winds to 50 mph will also be a concern for any ongoing wildfires.
