Through 1130 pm, clusters of showers with possibly a few 

thunderstorms will track northwest to northward at 15 knots across 

the gulf waters from the Lower Keys to past the Dry Tortugas, as 

well as across the outer Florida Straits off of the Lower Keys. The 

stronger activity will produce wind gusts near 25 knots, blinding 

downpours, and possibly a few lightning strikes.
