  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...



* Until 1100 PM EDT.



* At 952 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing

  waterspouts was located near San Marcos Wreck, moving east at 15

  knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Occohannock Reef, Rappahannock Range Light, San Marcos Wreck,

  Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef, and Anglers Reef.

  6 NM east of Kiawah Reef to near Ossabaw Sound, moving southeast at

  15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.
