  low as 20 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing 
  temperatures as low as 22 expected.

* WHERE...Central Yampa River Basin and Lower Yampa River Basin.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 10 AM MDT Tuesday. For 
  the second Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
  plumbing.
