2 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 10 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots 
  and waves 2 to 5 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Grand Haven.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 2 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Waves will be on the increase this
  afternoon as winds pick up out of the north. For a time this
  afternoon and evening winds will reach the 15 to 25 knot range.
  Waves will build to 3 to 5 feet, peaking around 600 pm. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
