* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west 
  central Indiana, including the following counties, in central 
  Indiana, Morgan. In south central Indiana, Monroe. In southwest 
  Indiana, Greene, Knox and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay, 
  Owen, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Vigo.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
