EDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 knots
  with gusts up to 33 knots and waves 5 to 9 feet expected. For
  the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 45
  knots and waves 10 to 16 feet expected.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM EDT this 
  morning. For the Gale Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 2 AM 
  EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
