  combined seas 3 to 5 ft when conditions are worst.

* WHERE...East Santa Barbara Channel from Pt. Conception to Pt. 
  Mugu CA including Santa Cruz Island and Inner waters from

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
