  and seas 6 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Pohnpei and Kosrae Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to strong westerlies will continue to
  develop south of Tropical Storm Champi (29W) as it strengthens and
  organizes, leading to conditions hazardous to small craft for 
  Pohnpei coastal waters.
