COUNTIES...

At 822 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Putney, or near
Groton, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 823 pm the ASOS at the 
         Aberdeen Regional Airport recorded a wind gust of 68 mph.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
