BOTTINEAU, SOUTHEASTERN RENVILLE AND EAST CENTRAL WARD COUNTIES...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, heavy rain is
still possible with these thunderstorms.

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MCHENRY COUNTY...

At 624 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 6
miles northeast of Deering to near Granville, or along a line from 21
miles northeast of Minot to 16 miles east of Minot, moving northeast
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported at the Minot Air Force Base.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
  Granville, Upham, Deering, Denbigh, Norwich and Bantry.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms have produced widespread
damaging winds.

Wind damage with these storms will occur before any rain or
lightning. Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover.
Seek shelter immediately inside a sturdy structure and stay away from
windows.
