* At 607 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Martinsburg,
  or near Ponca, moving north at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 605pm, a trained weather 
           spotter reported quarter size hail in Allen, Nebraska!

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Ponca, Newcastle, Martinsburg, and Ponca State Park around 610 PM 
  CDT.
  Elk Point around 615 PM CDT.
