The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Yuma County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 745 PM MDT.

* At 644 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 miles south of Highland Center to 6 miles east of
  Yuma to 17 miles east of Cope, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near...
  Eckley around 650 PM MDT.

Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include
Wray.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 207 and 210, and
between mile markers 212 and 270.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

These thunderstorms will produce strong winds resulting in areas of
near zero visibility in blowing dirt. Use extreme caution if you must
travel and be alert for rapidly changing visibility.
