SOUTHERN CHEYENNE AND SHERMAN COUNTIES IN NORTHWESTERN KANSAS...

At 915 PM MDT/1015 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 5 miles southwest of St. Francis to 10 miles
north of Ruleton to 6 miles southeast of Bonny Reservoir, moving east
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Automated site on the southeast side of St. Francis 
         recorded a 59 MPH gust at 10:04 PM CT

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  St. Francis around 1020 PM CDT.
