FOR NORTHEASTERN FLEMING AND NORTH CENTRAL ROWAN COUNTIES...

At 421 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Goddard, or 9
miles southeast of Flemingsburg, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
