* At 612 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Perry, or 8
  miles northwest of Vandalia, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Perry, Center, Spencerburg, New London, Frankford, Ilasco,
  Hannibal, Saverton, Ashburn, Fall Creek, Seehorn, Hull, New Canton,
