ARMSTRONG AND CENTRAL INDIANA COUNTIES...

At 1224 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Vandergrift,
moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Indiana, Kittanning, Apollo, Ford City, Leechburg, West Kittanning,
  Clymer, North Apollo, Orchard Hills, Rural Valley, West Lebanon,
  Dayton, Chevy Chase Heights, West Hills, North Vandergrift and
  Ernest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
