...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM MDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN CARIBOU...NORTHWESTERN BANNOCK...NORTHEASTERN POWER
AND SOUTH CENTRAL BINGHAM COUNTIES...

At 230 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located from Fort Hall to 
the Portneuf Gap, moving northeast at 25 mph.  Another line of 
severe storms extended from the Arbon Valley to just south of 
Springfield, also moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Pocatello, Blackfoot, eastern American Falls Reservoir, Chubbuck,
Fort Hall Buffalo Lodge, Fort Hall Townsite, Rose, Fort Hall Mount
Putnam, Fort Hall Eagle Lodge, Pocatello Airport, Fort Hall Putnam
Lodge, and Groveland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
