...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM MDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN LAWRENCE AND WEST CENTRAL PENNINGTON COUNTIES...

At 151 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Silver City, or
13 miles north of Hill City, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Hill City, Johnson Siding, Nemo, Silver City, Hisega, Pactola
  Reservoir and Sheridan Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
