SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES UNTIL 10 PM MDT...

At 915 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Carrizozo, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Carrizozo and Oscuro.

This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 59 and 70.
