            stalled due to water on Fairgrounds Road. 
            There are also multiple streets completely 
            underwater, at least a foot deep. These 
            locations include N Dakota St and 24th Ave, 
            N State Street from 18th to 19th Ave, Dakota 
            St and 1st street, and 3rd Ave.
