            Corrects previous flood report from Newport 
            Colony. Marshall County Emergency Manager 
            reported multiple locations of flooding on 
            the west side of Marshall County. Road 
            washouts were also reported. Over the past 
            six hours, 2-3 inches of rain have fallen.
