Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA...

At 213 PM EDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was located
near San Marcos Wreck, moving southeast at 5 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft 
         could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly 
         higher waves.

The shower will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
