The Flood Advisory will expire at 945 PM EDT this evening for 
portions of east central, south central, and southeast Virginia, 
including the following areas and independent city, in east central 
Virginia, Charles City. In south central Virginia, Prince George. In 
southeast Virginia, City of Williamsburg, James City, Surry and York.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM EDT for portions of 
northeast North Carolina and Virginia...
