The Flood Advisory will expire at 515 AM EDT early this morning for 
portions of east central and eastern Virginia, including the 
following areas, in east central Virginia, Essex and Richmond. In 
eastern Virginia, Lancaster and Middlesex.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
