* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 837 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Burwell Bay,
  moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hampton River Inlet, James River Bridge, Hampton Flats, Monitor
  Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Burwell Bay, Sewells Point, and Dominion
  Pier.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
