  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 1226 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Hole In The Wall, moving east at 25
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Windmill Point, Nassawadox Reef, Rappahannock Range Light,
  Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef, Gwynns Island Reef,
  Anglers Reef, Stingray Point, Hole In The Wall, Occohannock Reef,
  Onancock Inlet, Watts Island, and San Marcos Wreck.
