...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT BERTIE COUNTY THROUGH 430 PM
EDT...

At 343 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lewiston Woodville, or near Aulander, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent 
         lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding 
         possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

Locations impacted include...
Windsor, Aulander, Lewiston Woodville, Midway, Kelford, Askewville,
Merry Hill, Connaritsa, Republican, Quitsna, Burden, and Buena Vista.
