This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Windy conditions continue this afternoon and evening, with gusts up
to 50 mph in the northwestern Panhandles.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Low temperatures Friday night are forecast to dip below freezing for
many portions of the combined Panhandles. A Freeze Watch has been
issued to account for counties most likely to meet or fall below 
32 degrees.
