These winds are expected to hold through most of the afternoon and will be the main driver in drying the area out with RH values potentially dropping below 20 percent. Winds should start to shift more southerly around the 5 to 6 PM time range with speeds around 10 to 15 mph more likely. However, concerns will shift more towards the potential for showers and thunderstorms by this time. Currently chances are around 10 percent, but the ingredients in play around the fire area could result storms that contain strong and erratic outflow wind gusts that have little to no precipitation. .REST OF TODAY...
