...GUSTY WINDS AND WATERSPOUTS POSSIBLE... 
The areas affected include... Lake Huron from Presque Isle Lt. to 
Sturgeon Point  MI 5NM off shore to US/Canadian border... Lake Huron 
from Sturgeon Point to Alabaster MI 5NM off shore to US/Canadian 
border... Presque Isle Light to Sturgeon Pt MI Including Thunder Bay 
National Marine Sanctuary... Sturgeon Pt to Alabaster MI...

At 1243 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. Waterspout formation 
is also possible with showers and storms this afternoon. These 
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm west of 
South Point to 7 nm west of Greenbush to near Pinconning, moving 
east at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher 
waves, and lightning strikes. Waterspout formation is also possible. 
Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
