Iowa...southeast Minnesota...central Wisconsin...north central
Wisconsin...southwest Wisconsin and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon with lightning
and brief heavy rain being the primary hazards.

Patchy fog is forecast to develop tonight with visibility of a
mile or less possible. Locally dense fog may occur which could
lead to hazardous travel.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

The Cedar and Upper Iowa Rivers and some of their tributaries are
above or will be above flood stage over the next few days due to 
the heavy rains from Wednesday.

Patchy fog is forecast to develop tonight with visibility of a
mile or less possible. Locally dense fog may occur which could
lead to hazardous travel.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
