SOUTHWESTERN FILLMORE AND SOUTHERN MOWER COUNTIES HAS BEEN REPLACED
WITH A FLOOD WARNING...

While rapidly flowing water and rapid rises have ended, flooded
roadways remain across the area. Therefore the Flash Flood Warning
has been replaced by a Flood Warning. Please refer to that bulletin
for more information. The heavy rain has ended.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT for portions of
Iowa and southeast Minnesota.
