The Flood Warning will expire at 345 AM CDT early this morning for
portions of Iowa, including the following areas, Howard, Mitchell and
Winneshiek and southeast Minnesota, including the following areas,
Fillmore and Mower.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
