  extending from near Harmony to near Ridgeway to near Waucoma,
  moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Decorah around 1145 PM CDT.
