Expect decreasing clouds throughout the day today with some
isolated light rain showers and sprinkles across the central and
eastern Dakotas. Highs this afternoon will range from around 50 in
the Red River Valley to the lower 60s in eastern Montana. Most of
the Dakotas and western Minnesota will see near to below freezing
temperatures tonight into early Wednesday morning.

Temperatures return closer to normal for the second half of the
work week, with highs in the 60s and 70s, lows above freezing,  
increasing chances for showers and occasional thunderstorms.
