.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry on Wednesday with mostly clear skies through early 
afternoon. Thunderstorms development over the Owyhee mountains 
early Wednesday afternoon will increase cloud cover over the fire 
through the evening. There is a 50 percent chance for gusty 
outflow winds from these thunderstorms Wednesday between 5 PM and 
9 PM MDT. This could bring wind gusts up to 50 mph. Otherwise, 
dinural winds are expected with easterly winds in the morning 
switching to the west-northwest with peak heating. A dry cold 
frontal passage early on Thursday will keep increased winds from 
the west- northwest with temperatures slightly cooler.
