.DISCUSSION...
Conditions will remain dry today as shower and thunderstorm 
development is expected to stay mostly south and east of the burn 
site, initiating along the Oregon-Idaho line. There is a 10 percent 
chance of a thunderstorm impacting the burn site this afternoon. 
Any nearby thunderstorms could bring gusty outflow winds to 40 mph. 
Otherwise winds will become gusty out of the north to northwest 
starting late this morning, continuing until around midnight. Dry 
conditions today will lead to slow humidity recovery overnight. High 
pressure will keep dry weather in place through the weekend.
