Hot and dry this afternoon with mostly clear skies. Thunderstorms
expected over the Owyhees this afternoon, with a 15% chance of 
thunder impacting the spot location from 5 to 9pm MDT. 
Thunderstorms capable of erratic outflows of 35-40 mph. Winds 
tonight will be out of the north with gusts to around 20 mph, 
before becoming light after 2am MDT. Thursday will be a few 
degrees cooler than today with northwest winds gusting to 16 mph 
in the afternoon. A warming and drying trend will set in starting 
Friday.
