Sunny, hot and dry conditions today. Winds will become breezy this 
afternoon becoming upslope in sheltered drainages and west-northwest 
along western aspects and ridgelines. There is a low chance that
outflow winds from thunderstorms over the Owyhee Mountains could 
reach the Boise foothills this evening. Otherwise winds will diminish
with sunset, becoming downslope after midnight. Dry and hot weather
will prevail through the weekend with breezy daytime winds out of the
northwest.
