.DISCUSSION...
The upper-level ridge over the region will begin to breakdown 
Saturday/Sunday with passage of a weak trough to the north. Light 
diurnal valley winds, south-southeast in the afternoon, easterly 
in the morning. With the ridge significantly weakened by Sunday, 
mixing (as well as ventilation) improves to near 5000 AGL by 
Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Precipitation could occur as early
as Tuesday afternoon, however, Wednesday/Thursday have the best 
chance with CWR peaking at 30%. Our current forecast has around 
0.10" of rainfall total Tuesday through Thursday, though only 
about a 20% confidence in the timing and precip amount at this 
time.
