.DISCUSSION...
The upper-level ridge over the region will begin to breakdown 
Saturday/Sunday with passage of a weak trough to the north. Winds 
west-southwest in the afternoon, easterly in the morning. With the
ridge significantly weakened by Sunday, mixing (as well as 
ventilation) will improve to near 5000 ft AGL by Saturday, then 6000 ft AGL by Sunday 
afternoon. Precipitation could occur as early as Tuesday 
afternoon, however, Wednesday/Thursday have the best chance with 
CWR peaking at 30%. Our current forecast has around 0.10" of 
rainfall total Tuesday through Thursday, though only about a 20% 
confidence in the timing and precip amount at this time.
