At 823 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a gust front near Rufino
Butte, or 40 miles west of Parma, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible.
