...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM MDT FOR
NORTHERN LOGAN COUNTY...

At 906 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northeast
of Westplains, or 26 miles north of Sterling, moving south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Weather station reported.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Iliff, Peetz, Padroni, North Sterling Reservoir, Proctor and
  Westplains.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and has produced damaging winds.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.

Heavy rain is occurring with this storm and may lead to flooding. Do
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
