...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM MDT FOR
ADAMS AND WESTERN ARAPAHOE AND CENTRAL ARAPAHOE COUNTIES...

At 237 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles south of
Watkins, or 20 miles east of Denver, moving northeast at 25 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR MANILA VILLAGE.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

Locations impacted include...
  Eastern Aurora, Bennett, Manila Village and Watkins.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter now inside an interior room on the lowest floor of a
well-built structure. This storm is capable of producing widespread
destructive winds and dangerous hail.

This dangerous storm is capable of producing large hail driven by
severe winds! Seek shelter now inside a sturdy structure and stay
away from windows! If you are caught outdoors, cover your head and
neck.

Heavy rain is occurring with this storm and may lead to flooding. Do
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
